With 892 in attendance and some of the best racing action in the south … WHAT a night at Thunderhill Raceway Park, along with two bikes that were given away from Greg Love (#1 Black in 2 Barrel/Crate). The two lucky winners were Weston Reynolds and Hunner Gipson.

Craig Pedrick led flag to flag to pick up win number six of the season at Thunderhill Raceway Park. We had a caution and a red flag on lap one, the caution for Parson who lost a wheel in turn two; then the red when Brasher flipped over turn two. The second caution came on lap three when Bobby Hickman broke a tie rod and went over in turn three. The third and final caution was on lap nine when McElhiney spun in turn two.

Wally Walls led the first two laps but it would be Chance Kennedy taking three thru fifteen for the win … WAIT .. postrace inspection got Kennedy; therefore Wally Walls picked up his first win of the season.

Jason Maurer, driving the Randy Ziegler #z76 machine, led flag to flag for his first win of the season at Thunderhill. The only caution came on lap seven when Hall went over turn one.

This $1500 to win special event had fans on their feet most of the 35 laps. WHAT A RACE!!!! Kaleb Vandygriff and Dustin Harris got a little tangled before the first lap was completed, therefore; will had a complete restart. Eric Hickerson took charge and never looked back as he led the full 35 laps for his first win in this division. Only three cautions … first on lap six for spin of Walker in turn two, the second on lap eight when Dustin Harris made a little contact that turned Chris Harris around, then the final one on lap twenty for the spin of Dustin Stutts.

Hunter Runions led green to checkered for his second win of the season. This class drew the record amount of cautions for the night with four. On lap two for Daniels (rough driving, had to take up the rear), the second one on lap six as Love got into Gray, the third one on lap seven … rough driving as Gray got into Holland (who went into the wall), the final one on lap eight for Johnson as he was so slow trying to get to the pits.
